I am a native of Lowndes County and a graduate of Lowndes High School.  I attended Valdosta State University were I received a B.S. in Middle Grade Education.  I received my Master's Degree in Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis from East Tennessee State University in Johnson City, TN.  After giving 7.5 years to the education of our youth I decided that it was time for me to give back to the community in a different way.  The Greater Valdosta United Way has given me that opportunity.  I am looking forward to working with the United Way.
